The service you choose

Each product’s offer and product-specific terms define its supported inputs, deliverables, allowances and service period. Review them before submitting records or purchasing. The product-specific scope applies to that product; these company terms do not expand its capabilities. Availability may depend on account verification, complete inputs, supported coverage and service readiness.

Your records and decisions

You must be authorized to submit records and act for the business using the service. Keep account information accurate and credentials private. Submit only information needed for the chosen workflow, and do not upload payment-card data or unrelated sensitive personal information.

You retain responsibility for reviewing outputs and making business decisions. Order Register does not make purchasing, substitution or credit decisions. Closeout Ledger does not provide engineering certification or guarantee project acceptance. Opening Ledger does not guarantee business openings, service needs, exclusive leads, appointments or sales. Source records can be incomplete, delayed or corrected.

Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and respect others’ privacy, intellectual property and source restrictions. Do not access another customer’s records, interfere with the service, misrepresent source evidence or use the service to bypass access controls. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security issues or unpaid service, and you may contact support to resolve an error.

Payment and fulfillment

Prices, renewal, delivery, cancellation and refund procedures appear in our billing policy and the selected offer. A one-time purchase is separate from a recurring subscription. No customer is charged solely for browsing this website or viewing a free public example.

Privacy and service changes
